Just under two thirds of this bottle is flower water — rose, rose geranium and Roman chamomile, distilled. Only a fifth is water. Rose alone outweighs it nearly two to one.

There are no essential oils in here and nothing added for fragrance. What you smell is the distillate.

Two to three sprays from 20–30 cm while skin is still warm from cleansing. Pat, don't rub. Then go straight into Soleil while your skin is still tacky — damp.

Morning and night. Most toners lead with water. This one doesn't, and you can smell the difference the moment you open it.
