Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms apply to everything sold on this website. Placing an order means you accept them. They were last updated on the date at the bottom of this page.
1. Who you are buying from
To The Point Wellness, operated by Kimberley Coupland in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Email: kc.pointwellness@gmail.com
2. Products and prices
Everything is made by hand in small batches, so colour and scent vary slightly from batch to batch. That is what small-batch means and it is not a fault. Photographs are as accurate as I can make them, but screens differ.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax or shipping, which are added at checkout. Prices can change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed.
3. Orders
Your order is accepted when I email you a confirmation. Until then I can decline it — most often because something has sold out between your order and my seeing it. If I decline an order that has already been paid for, you get a full refund.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your card number. Your order is not made up until payment clears.
5. Shipping and returns
Rates, timing and the returns policy are set out on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Using the products
These are cosmetics for external use only. Keep them away from the eye area and out of reach of children. Patch test before first use, and stop using a product if your skin reacts to it.
Every product lists its full ingredients on this site and on the bottle, or on the card packed with each Travel Trio bottle. If you have a known sensitivity to a plant oil or an essential oil, read the list before you buy. If you are unsure whether a product suits you, ask me before ordering, or ask your own health professional.
7. Nothing here is medical advice
I am a Registered TCM Practitioner and a Certified Pedorthist, and that training is why these formulas are built the way they are. Even so, nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and nothing here is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Buying a product does not make you my patient.
The traditional Chinese medicine ideas described on this site — the way a formula is arranged, and the reasoning behind which ingredient leads — explain how the products were composed. They are not claims about what the products do to your body.
8. Booking a treatment
Appointments are booked through Jane and are governed by my clinic’s own terms and cancellation policy, not by this page.
9. Words and pictures on this site
The text, photographs, formulas and the Sunlit Nectar name belong to To The Point Wellness. You are welcome to share a link or a photograph with credit. Please do not copy the writing or reproduce the labels.
10. Limits
I stand behind what I make. If a product arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, tell me and I will put it right under the Shipping and Returns policy. Beyond that, my liability for any claim connected to a product or to this website is limited to what you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under British Columbia or Canadian consumer protection law.
11. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada, and any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia.
12. Changes
I may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order. Last updated: September 12, 2026
